About Me

A Princeton native, I graduated from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in New York after studying for two years in California at Yo San University in Los Angeles. I am nationally board certified in Acupuncture by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) and licensed in the states of New York , New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.

I discovered acupuncture while working as a documentary cinematographer.  As I studied the medicine, I found that, like filmmaking, everybody has a story to tell. Telling that story and feeling heard is the first step in the healing process.

I believe in the inter-connectedness of mind, body, and spirit, and the body’s incredible abilities to heal itself. Acupuncture showed me what it feels like when my body is in balance. This brought me on a path to yoga, meditation and eventually becoming a Reiki practitioner.

My goal is to work with my patients to discover the narrative of what their bodies are saying, and to help alleviate physical and emotional pain through acupuncture and the different modalities of East Asian medicine. I will provide them with take home techniques to further their body’s own ability to stay in balance, and reach their health goals..
